Yeah,  leave em on the beach

Yeah,  leave em on the beach for all to enjoy!!!

My dog's love em, they eat them, roll around in them etc, especially the big North Westers.

Seriously if you catch them - dispose of them properly.

Don`t leave them on the beach !!!!

Cheer Boomer.

I've used them for bait up

I've used them for bait up North. Filleted and skinned looks like a chicken breast. Have caught fish on them, mainly Rankins. Must admit though, the fingers feel a bit tingly after handling the flesh.

 Hard to believe but good

Fri, 2014-06-20 19:10

Hard to believe but good bait, have caught plenty of everything off them, reds, rankin, Jobfish.

Last month at Gnaraloo we pulled up half a dozen monster toads on one spot, pulled anchor quick smart, chopped them up, and using only them for bait, a boat of 11 bagged out on reds and rankins on the next spot.

Just remember if you have lost hooks shortly before catching one, cut them open to get them back. We have got 10+ hooks out of some before.
