Blue Fish - Tailor - Choppers

Hey all

Got into a few last night, things started off real slow, sun set came and no show for the humble Tailor, night fall arrived and we were on with a 30 minute session of big bites, after that we went home with fish, landed 8 Tailor and we kept 3, 3 Herring, 1 Yellow Tail and even the Trumpeters were in action LOL I hate them LOL

Bugger all people there as well, which is what I like while fishing, conditions were windly with alittle chop on the water and mulies where the go , didn't seem to like the gardie fillets I had out.

YES you wouldn't believe it, but we landed another 7 Tailor last night and 3 Herring, I also had a live Tailor out as bait, nothing all night until we were packing up the gear, then the big rod starts to tick tick tick in the back ground, I had a 15 second run on my mulla rod, I reckon it was a ray, the kids are saying it didn't sound like a ray run, who know's, will try again soon. went home with 3 Tailor.

Yer they are having a great time, spun them out a bit when the big rod went off, teaching them how to catch and released most of the time, jazz had a perfect example when we found a Tailor on the beach that my son had put back, but it floated ashore I told jazz to hold the Tailor into waves and hold it still untill it kicks by doing this it swam off like a bullet, if I didn't notice the Tailor it would have been bird food I spose.

yer they are having a great time late nights and lots of sleep in's Yay
