Gday all if your looking to keep your boat or caravan somewhere at a good price this may help. Its a private property with a large locking gate. You come and go with your boat as you please (dont have to notify owner everytime) as the key is kept in a combination lock box at the gate. The boat/trailer parking area is open (no cover) on flat crushed limestone so you need a good boat cover. I kept my boat there for 3+ years and never had any problems with the owner I just dont need to store my boat anymore so I am posting this as a favour to the owner of the property and maybe help out a fellow fish wreckeder.
