Good facilities and location. I live NOR but keep the boat down there. Can't be bothered with the massive queues at Hillary's or similar, and found them to be good value for money. Bonus of having wet pens and Garden Island moorings that can be booked.
Would be interested to hear what options are available NOR.
I heard they oversold memberships, which is fair enough to make more money but on really good days, parking out with the public kinda rules out any benefit.
The only delay has been caused by the Council demanding black powder coated fencing rather than the galvanised that exists presently. The logic behind such a change utterly escapes me.
And I agree with comments above, you can count on one hand the days where parking is chockers. The rest of the time there is more than ample parking.
Marginiup (back of Carramar). Large gravelled area, has automatic gate, security cameras and can come and go as you please, property owner pretty much always there and a top bloke for $20 a week.
I have my 675 Haines Hunter Offshore stored in the hard stand at Hillarys. Please feel free to Pm me and I can chat with you about the costs/ benefits etc.
My only complaint is that the secure electric fenced compound can only be accessed between the hours of 4am to 8 pm. Outside those times you either leave it in club grounds or get it out the day before if you want an early start

I know you asked for NOR but Cockburn Powerboat Club charges $1600 per year for an 11m bay. This is ontop of the $500 membership.
Secured in an electrified enclosure with onsite resident bosun for security. This has its own launching and washdown facilities.

Parking
Do they run out of parking much?

The area used by the club to be greatly expanded
Which should ease the parking issues on busy days and add to the hard stand storage area available. Expansion should start at the end of March

Parking
Memberships havent been oversold. Intersting story though.
The club can run out of parking on odd days. Especially those prime days that occur over schools holidays etc but it is only a few times a year.
There wouldnt be a similar club anywhere that would have enough parking if everymember turned up on the same day.
So good extensions going in which will expand parking and storage at the club as well as some other improvements.

Expanding to capture the area where public park presently
