Not happy with these
Not happy with these competitions. Been in a couple a few years back down here but after seeing a heap of sambo's caught on light lines to try and win the prizes and the next day seeing these fish on the rubbish tip turned me around very quick.

I agree with the faulkners i did a couple and stoped because i couldent take pics on the scales and (measuring) tape unless it was a shark hence i havent been in a competition for a few years we need to bouycoted these and we need to let them know how we feel as we could do this with photos and release the fish after the pics as soo many of these fish are WASTED after the comp
Makes me mad to see any food wasted let alone fish

One thing to note, there is
One thing to note, there is NO SAMBOS on this list.
I dont see too much of an issue with the aobve comp, only thing that i would suggest to possibly remove the Cat 1 fish, Pinkys and Dhu's, due to their degrading stock levels.
Rest seems ok to me. You dont see ot many people throwing away herring, Salmon, shark, Tailor and ESPECIALLY not KG's. At worst case they are kept for bait
Good to see KG's got the top prize :)

Thanks for the positive
Thanks for the positive comment Bodie
We were just trying to get people into the comp that dont have the larger boats that cant get out to the bigger fish.
