Busso jetty height?

Hey all.
I was just wondering if anyone knows the exact height of the busso jetty or knows where i can find the height of it? I would like to know the height from the water to the concrete but also the height from the water to the rails?
I forgot to measure it when i was down there the other day. If no one knows the height could some one that lives down there please measure it for me with a tape measure? Im willing to pay 10 bucks for the first person to have the exact height.

Trick Question
This has got to be a trick question you ask Danno. Yes or no. The jetty you will notice has an incline at about the 2nd head mark of about 400 mills. and the tides we've been having at the moment if you check the tide charts varies from 400- 800 mill.high and low. Now if you want a precise measurement and I assume you do hence the tape measure you will need to provide more info. and you've got me interested as to why it matters.

It matters so Danno can order the correct lenght squid gaff i am thinking Howard,,they come in 3 meters and 5 i think,3 meters is cheaper,,

I'm Just a Bit touchy when it comes to the Jetty.
I've been employed in the building industry all my life and a lot of guys like myself realise that decking higher than 2 metres needs to be covered in so that people can't fall . last week there was a fight on the jetty and somebody ended up in the drink and I understand the cops are looking to lay charges and I thought the post might be related as we only have a couple of rails and it's not safety related but more to do with heritage. If it's a squid gaff we're talking about it's about 2 metres to the water and the railings 1200 high.

yer im thinking of getting a
yer im thinking of getting a squid gaff because i lost a big squid the other day. um 2 meters really? i felt like it was atleast 3? but if it is 2 plau1.2m i could get the 3m gaff i would just have to lean through the railing? i really want to make shore of the right height as i dont want to get the 3m gaff and no able to use it on the jetty, yes i will still be able to use it in the metro but i wont it for the busso jetty mostly.

I'll be down on the jetty tonight so I'll take a tape measure with me. High tide is at 10.35 of 0.82. I'll post it when I get home.
