I was watching for hours on live cam and was fortunate enough to see it lift it's head momentarily lol .. I heard the council were raking in the revenue with parking infringements .
Now the seal has reached celebrity status , Don't worry about a slap ...I'd say Col will be out there after dark tapping him with a big stick before the lines go back out .
