Carnarvon Jetty

Hi guys. We are planning a over night stop over in Carnarvon on our way through to Coral Bay and was just wondering if it would be worth having a fish at the one mile jetty. Anything decent get caught there these days. Have not fished it got years now but used to do ok on it. Thanks in advance for any advice

Haven't heard any reports of late but its always worth a try with some Spaniards and school macks being caught there before the blow.

Could be a mulloway about with the dirty water that's been stirred up in the last week.

don't know how long you have been in Carnarvon but was wondering if you knew bob ward he was the bloke who got a rope onto the Korean star and claimed salvage rights on it I have lost contact with him and was wondering if he was still about he used to work for dampier salt and was a shire counsouler
