I've finally got my boat ready and i was wondering if anything has been happening in the cockburn sound lately.

Haven't heard alot about the Sound for reports, all thou the squid would be starting about now.
try drift fishing for KG's over the weed bed's, try fishing the D9 and try around the mussel farms remember to stay clear of the shipping lanes

a bloke that i work with went out last night (wednesday) and got 17 snapper all around 5 kg

...did he keep? The individual bag limit is now 2, so you'd need nine people on the boat to come in with 17!
There are definitely squid in the sound...we got nine last week and I know of another crew getting 27.

are the squid reports comming from the southern or northern end?
