Don't stress
If ya fishing every few days it doesn't matter about flushing your motor I've done three week fishing trips without flushing the motor it's not a issue it's only when it's sits around for some time without being flushed

Flush at home
You can flush when you get home it's not going to hurt your motor do you have a decent deck wash then you can clean most of blood and guts off your boat out on the water

Yeh sorry to say no real
Yeh sorry to say no real facility available to wash down / flush boat.
As most have said the motor will be fine for a week or two as long as its getting regualr use. Just don't what ever you do flush your motor with the bore water like I have seen many do. It is much worse than sea water, full of minerals and clacium, and if let run for a while it can get very hot so not good for motor at all.

Flushing Engine
If you use your boat often you it's ok not to flush your engine. The frequent flow of water and fuel will prevent any build up in the engine.
Just Flush it for a bit longer when you get back.
