Coupla Barra after the Wet...
Submitted by Marky on Sun, 2011-05-08 10:02
Finally got up the Fitzroy for a fish after the massive wet season we have had.... All taken trolling too(dropped a couple biggens too). Many hours spent live baiting for nothing... All in All was a good trip. My Bro got his first Barra too at 84cm. Youll see his report later on.

Some nice Barra mate
Good to see there are a couple still around, the fish (including the Jack) look in good condition. Top effort for the bro landing his first Baz :)

Yea suppose to be leaving on
Yea suppose to be leaving on Tuesday but the easterlies for the week look to have set in.. 25kt easterlies so it might be touch and go whether we go now... Unless the reports change dramatically tomo or the next day we might be changing plans to May & Fitzroy River for a couple days instead... Damn it...lol
