I got nine today but slow going. out relatively early. got 6 near the narrows and 3 near como jetty. smallest 140, largest 173. :)

we were using Chicken necks and pilchards for bait.. Is that the go or are we doing it wrong?

Try lamb necks, meat bones, or spleen if you are using bait cages and not wire to secure it.

But that was early - not as bad as last year where on several days the number exceeded 20................the crabs dont stand a chance
