Dawesville Cut - Tailor reports?
Submitted by crasny1 on Thu, 2014-02-20 12:28
Been trying to go for a fish after work for tailor in the cut. Been away working up north for the last 6 years so about time I did this again. Usually from my memory this is the right time off the year, and just when the sun start setting.
Has anyone had any joy so far?

Watch out for a Golden Landcruiser. Have you been more worried about the tide or the time of day. Never had much luck in sunshine hours at the cut?

Try the ocean side of the south groyne along the finger that runs south to the beach. It's pretty rocky but get bigger ones than in the cut I recon. Or could maybe try off the beach there if the rocks arn't your thing.
