Dongara

G-Day guys.. I am working just south of Dongara for a week or 2 and was just wondering if anybody knows of any good beach spots to try of an evening, I do have a 4x4 too.... Any tips would be greatly appriciated.... Cheers...

The marina wall at Port Denison
is a great spot for tailor and big mulloway. I would definately be giving that a crack if I was you mrwinta. Just north of Dongara is SBend and Flat Rocks. Both great fishing spots.

I could tell you my secret spots but then i would have to kill you.....As colin said a suprising amount of mulloway are taken off the marina wall and as the oddspanish mack this time of year,Maybe try 7mile or flat rocks but weed may be an issue as well as 30knot sw winds this time of year

South beach
I went to to southbeach about a month ago with a mate tailor were on as soon as the sun was goin down and soapies afterwards we managed 16 soapies and pretty much bagged out on tailor with my pb 66cm and my mates 56cm tailor

Thanks for the tips lads, we fished the rocks at Port Dennison every night we could.
We caught Tailor, Pinkies, Crays, Occy, Sharks and best of all we caught 4 monster Mulloway. All our catch was released sucsesfully and was great to see them swim off.
The wind and weed was a pain but still it was well worth it....
