Drain plug / bung LED lights

I've been thinking about LED undwater lighting for the back of my boat and someone mentioned these to me. Anyone using them or are they a bad idea.. I have to say I'm not sure about messing with bungs but they do seem easy to install and some I have seen put out some serious light.

I've done the site search but there is only a couple of mentions on these bung type lights. Your thoughts?
