Hi, I am looking for any advice as to how best install a Water Snake Electric motor to a 4.75m Quintrex Coast Runner? I have purchased the optional mounting bracket. Cheers, Mack

Couple of rules
First I'm assuming it's a bow mount.
It will be a bit of a task putting it on your tub and hard to be definitive without seeing it in person.
I'll give you a couple of guidelines to go by.
1. They work best the closer to the center of the boat when deployed - Doesn't have to be perfect just as close as you can.
2. You don't want any part of it outside the line of your boat when stowed - It will hit the jetty
3. Looks like you will have to cut the bow rail as you want them sitting flat.
4. Battery - 125 - 150 amp hour will last you most trips depending on the amount of speed you use. I ran twin 100Ah for around 6 hours of use.
5. If possible, make it removable for long drives. Biggest killer of them is road vibration to the circut board.
Anything else specific - let me know and I'll try to answer.

every action
every action has an equal and opposite reaction. so you put minni kouta on bow and hav outboord on stern then you crush you boat like can VB

Looks like you'll have a prick of a time deploying it with limited access to the bow. Not even sure you have the room for it laid down when not deployed?
