Exmouth current strength

Hey guys,
Just after some basic info on the strength of the currents in Exmouth (West side/Muirons and Gulf) around April/May. I used the search function to little avail.
For jigging in water less than 40m i generally use jigs in the 70-130g range. Does this weight range sound about right for Exmouth or will I need heavier jigs as the currents make it hard to keep the lighter jigs vertical in shallow water?
I will be stocking up on heavier 180-230ish gram jigs for the deeper water but hoping to use the lighter gear in the shallows.
Cheers

I have been micro jigging in
I have been micro jigging in up to 60mtrs with 40grm jigs so no worries getting down there. As long as the wind is low you wont have any problems. Only issue you will have is loosing gear to sharks. Also fishing same depth with 3/4 - 1oz jig heads no worries. Any deaper you will need heavier jigs.
