Favourite Jigs

So its been awhile now since demersal jigging has become a very popular way of fishing and the amount of jigs available to everyone have increased dramaticly so my question is what is everyones favourite jig now days?

If you could only choice one which would it be???

For me, If only one it would still be a 100g Caprice in the pink lumo colour. Nothing really fancy but for the price and ease of use i dont think you can go past them.

so whats yours.............

Flashing haoli

Mon, 2014-07-07 21:39

140g flashing haoli in just about any colour.

Love the the mejiyume, have had some great fish on the shouts - flash and shab shab in pink/blue or orang/gold, find the shouts very hard not to fish some days, especially for the $$ compared with haolis.

Don't have any favourites yet 'cos once i caught a fish on a new jig, I'll set it aside and attempt to deflower other new ones.

Currently trying out slow pitch jigs on spinning outfit....will tell you my favourite ones when I have tested them.

Depends on the species, but

Depends on the species, but not many can go past the Haoli F2.

But if I could only have one jig in my jig bag to catch everything, I reckon 180gr Caprice for me

When asked by a non-fisherman 'how many fishing rods do you really need?' the correct answer is either:

n+1 (where n is the number of fishing rods you currently own); or

n-1 (where n is the number of fishing rods which would cause your significant other to dump you.
