Hard to be sure from the blur, but it looks like a Beardie Lotella rhacina. I think I can make out some white edges to the fins, especially the tail. The Bearded Cod Pseudophycis barbatus is very similar but, among other things, has no white.

The same species...
...had me stumped a couple years ago. The crew on here said it was a "beardie"...I'm sure there's a more formal name, "barbel" or something...
