Agree 100%
I think if Fisheries where more visible on the water doing checks it would (hopefully) reduce the actions of the bloody pot pirates

Awesome.
We were anchored near Seal Island on Sunday just having a feed after diving all morning, and had marine parks come up and have a chat to us. Very polite bloke (with a hot chick on the helm) who chatted to us about the area and about what we could and couldnt do.
Great to see them out there, and even better to see that they are polite and friendly.
Regarding a pot check, I have never been checked, but it is great to see that it is happening.
