if it is perth i highly recommend mills charters. last time i went i caught a nice snapper and a 40kg sampson fish i also lost about 3. But if you go on a charter i recommend to bring your own gear
I would definetly reccommed port bourvard charteres in Madrauah last time I wen on there every one got at least one good demersal fish most people getting more and I caught my first dhufish and the crew are very friendly

For perth, I thought saltwater were good. Further afield legend charters in dunsborough are great also seasport up at jurien.

Do yourself a favour and drive south to Mandurah and go out with Aqualib Charters or North up to Jurien bay and go out with Seasport Charters....
