Fishing Fix

Just curious how everyone gets their fishing fix when the weather is shitty or just cant get away and give it a bash, do you just sit back and watch videos that make you want to be out there or play some of many fishing games on on the playstation or pc ?

plenty of things
tie flies (very badly might I add), service reels, renovate my house, buy gear, plan fishing trips/holidays away etc etc.

The beauty of putting it all together is that I get to look at all the pics, vids and read the articles before anyone else.
Keeps me busy when its no good to hit the water.

We go for a drive, Bob does get into the
boat and give it a good clean, yes he sits and turns the gps on and looks at all his spots, sometimes deletes some. Spring clean rooms you've been putting off for ages, I think also you do see a few more of your friends in the winter time, or you just vegetate at home in front of a nice open fire place (love to have one) watch the footie (me with ear muffs on)

Fix!
If the weathers shit I normally dive the Swan for prawns, go to Nth Mole or ASI groyne for pinkys (after the storms) and make rigs up......whatever it takes to fill the void!
Gonna head down South soon and do some Freshwater fishing, will fill in some time & scratch the itch but frigen cold

Boat maintainence and sometimes go up to Samson/Cleaverville to fish with the wife and little bloke

We go to Leeman in the
winter, take the boat just in case, but mainly maintenance on the van, spring cleaning, pull the bbq out, pull apart and scrub clean, roof all the leaves blow off (if not raining) & once done, veg out or go for drives and watch the rough sea at Pt Loiuse or drive on the beach after a storm to see what the ocean has dished up.

Watch some DVDs, read old mags, make up rigs, work on the boat - and tidy up my Study - which always seems to end up with all the crap in it after we tiday and clean the house
