Hows it going
you can only get on the first part of the timber jetty. The rest has been closed off due to being to dangerous. They still havent decided wether they are going to fix it or pull it down after years of debate. with lack of LB spots I hope they fix it. A good spot is the breakwall. You have to walk out there but plenty of spots to fish. Same for the groin that you park near to walk out to the breakwall. There is the cut which is around the other side of koombana Bay. A run in tide is okay here. If you have a 4bee buffalo beach can be good and the odd mulloway is on the cards. Towards busso there is peppy grove beach. Best bet is to grab a map, find some of these areas and give it a go. Cheers

Jetty
Don't know if the jetty has been re opened, has been shut for years after a fire.
Do you have a 4x4 and what type of fishing do you want to do?
There is always the "old cut", usually best in ther late afternoon, Hungry Hollow, best in the mornings, the breakwater spur ok for herring in the morning and a few tailor on dark.
Belvedre and Buffalo ,late afternoons and night for tailor , herring , mulloway and sharks
