You'll need a truck licence

You'll need a truck licence which means you have to blow 0.00 when your driving it. No beers out in the boat, stuff that!

Anything over 4.5T GVM

Tue, 2017-04-25 16:18

Anything over 4.5T GVM requires a HR licence and 0.00 limit - Looks like I may be wrong, I can't seem to find that rule written anywhere.

I have almost 400K on my 7.3PSD F250, I'm running a billet torque converter, bigger oil cooler and a bigger oil pan and I have no heating issues towing 4t around.

Your transmission is programable - have you got a tuner of some sort at all? Mines programed so it never comes unlocked unless your in cruise control towing up a big hill. Theres heaps available from the usa - worth looking into for sure.
