Found this in a sambo yesty and I've never seen anything like it. There was also something similar in a snook we caught. Anyone have any idea what it is? Worms??

Part of the digestive system
Those are called pyloric caeca, part of the fish's normal digestive system. I think they produce enzymes and may be larger in more predatory species like sambos.
