Freeway Diverstion

Not sure but thinking fisheries and cops have got the north bound freeway stopped checking every car. Not many blue and red lights but every car getting stopped. I see this just as a Camry cruisers by me with a couple off scoop nets strapped to the roof heading south.

Every year
They do it once every year, at the same time and place as a warning.
they then never do it again until the next year.
I watched them bust a guy with a garbage can full of undersize crabs last year !
