Just a thought, last time I used my boat was 5 weeks ago, it still has half a tank of premium unleaded in the underfloor tank, about 35ltrs , going to run the boat this week, is it better to keep the tank full or use what I have and top it up later?

5 weeks is fine
Wouldn't bother, unless you need to top it up for range.

hi Mal Are you reading off
hi Mal
Are you reading off the fuel gauge? If so, do you have full trust in it?
I don't trust my gauge, when the gauge reads empty it actually has 1/4 tank left.

well put 70lt in it last
well put 70lt in it last time and showed full, but guess I don't know if it is reading truly, might just fill it up again and see how many ltrs it takes.

Always easier
i have found it easier to fill up at a servo before I put boat into water. Running out at sea makes filling up
much harder
