furuno 620 problem

Help please, has anyone out there had a problem with their furuno 620? My screen froze and would not respond to any button, would not even turn off. Unplugged power to reset and now only comes up with start up screen and no response from any button.

They Should
have a reset function but this im not sure off, if no one has any help here maybe try there facebook page or give them a ring, link on the right hand side of the screen.
My last unit although a Naveman had a similar problem, the reset code was......with power off.....hold down menu button and turn on at the same time.

Thanks Brock O, but can,t find any info on reset. Unit now at Ocean to Earth in Bunbury,hopefully they can fix it. A new Furuno 627 may be the solution. B O A T bring out another thousand.
