Galvanised Disc Hubs

Nearly time for some trailer mainetence, anyone had any experience with galvanised disc hubs??

Are they any better for marine use than standard disc hubs?? will the galvanise deteriorate from the salt water?

thanks .

I think that bronze would be way too soft and stainless would retain heat and warp. I havn't heard of anything apart from the standard ones.

but not the break surface I belive they do the same when galvanizing an axle where they cover the bearing section with silicone to stop that from getting galvanized
