Garmin EchoMap 75cv

A mate of mine has one of these units and I'm trying to help him out. He wants to view the chartplotter map, the traditional sounder screen and the bottom lock screen at the same time. Getting the bottom lock screen to show with the other two seems to be the issue. Any / all advice welcome.
Contacting Garmin seems almost impossible.

Garmin echomap
I have an echomap 95sv on my tinnie. I had a chat with Anthony at Moose Marine in Victoria a few years ago who was a walking encyclopedia on Garmin electronics. May be worth giving him a call: https://www.moosemarine.com.au/about-us/

Go into the traditional
Go into the traditional sounder menu then zoom menu. Turn both bottom lock and split zoom on. Now in the sounder and map combo screen you should have all three.
