At jurien we were catching snook, skippy, tailor. Mullaway had been sighted in the mouth of the marina, but we had no luck catching them. Garfish were also plentuful.
Hope that helps.
Oh and pay a visit to the local tackle shop they gave us some great spots that paid off.

The most northerly jetty
at Cervantes is definately worth a fish early morning or late evening for tailor.

Mullie Gut
was up there a couple of years ago about this time with my nephew (fishing buddy) and his inlaws . Fishing whole and part mullies. The youngest of the troop (about13) picked up a mullie gut and asked if it would catch anything ! looking at each other we both said at the same time (nephew and I ) if ya can keep it on the hook it will !!!!! five minutes later hearing screams from the other end of the jetty we both got up and went over to see the young fella with a 3kg snapper on the surface!!!!! so I would say take anything cause as long as you have a line in the water your in with a chance for anything !!!!!!
always time for fishin'
