Gone quiet

Was hoping to kick start this forum again today, went out and my sounder stopped doing sounder stuff. When I got back, I seen the transducer had kicked up. So I had no idea what was happening at D9 or anywhere else I stopped at. Tightened it up a bit more when I got home, so here's to next time.

Yeah it will still kick up now, but with just a bit more effort.

specially if your beach launching as we did often with it

G'day Mike, this sounder has a wide-spectrum chirp downvision transducer, so I don't know how it would go using one thru the bottom of the boat.

Just had a google look around, I can get a through hull transducer, 500w for around $450. Need to learn a bit more about it now.
