That time i used a recently caught wrasse fillet, but i find oily fish particularly herring and mullet are the best.

Bleeding

Its hard to see in the photo but there is a large slice along his head, we hung it from the tail for about 10 minutes.

What are the better methods? I know people cut off the tail while its alive but i dont want to do that.

Yeah chop the tail , head and fins off, gut and blow the trumpet (blow the blood line running from the tail end to the gut cavity) and straight on ice :)

Nice shark again :)
