Anyone know where I can buy a gopro extension pole for underwater use on a boat?

Mate - get a piece of 1m x
Mate - get a piece of 1m x 10mm aluminium tube from Bunnings, crush the end of it in a vice and drill a hole in it. Costs about $3.00.

You can buy pole mounts on
You can buy pole mounts on ebay for a few $$ then just attach them to your Gaff or Landing Net handle.

yeah dont buy original go pro
yeah dont buy original go pro equipment unless its the camera and housing, for batteries , chargers, cables, mounts and ex poles can all be bought at a fraction of the price off ebay.
go pro battery RRP = $35-$45 ..... 3x go pro batteries and charger with free postage = $20
extra mounts are great to have them on your boat to get the different angles and makes it easy to just clip go pro onto a make shift pole and away you go for underwater shots.
The art of fishing consists of casting, winding, trolling and jigging
while freezing, sweating, swatting and swearing.

Bunnings
Go to Bunnings and buy an extendable pole that you use for those cobweb brushes, or whatever they are. Only a couple of bucks. Had mine for ages and it folds up quite small. Gopro mount fits quite well on it too.

Made my own
Went and got a telescopic ali pole from Clarke Rubber used for pool cleaning . 3 sections ( opens to about 2.8m m down to 1 m) screwed a go pro mounting bracket on to bottom of round plastic chair leg stopper and then glued end on to pole. Wire trace as safety lanyard (drilled hole in pole , ran it through with a snap swivel)...will try to post up a pic when I get the chance. Good thing about it is that its robust and strong, fits in pipe on my quad bike with gidgees etc and doesn't take up too much room and Ali won't rust up .Cost me around $40 - 50 all up .

Used a black retic extension
Used a black retic extension pole, cut a 5cm slot about a third of the way through for a bit of a flat spot, drilled a couple of small holes through and wire tied one of the mounts on - been going strong now for about six months.
On the subject of GoPro mounts I just bought a Quigo laser level from Bunnings for 65 bucks - things awesome - but the bonus was the mount that came with it for nix. Go down the page a bit and you'll see in the pic on the right www.bosch-quigo.com/za/en/practice/application.html
The screw fitting is a standard camera size, you can adjust it to point in just about any direction and the 'jaw style mount' will be perfect for all sorts of mounting positions on the boat.
