Actually I didn't! You'll see in the video I had to change it when we started chasing the fingermark. There was squid ink everywhere!

They sure do fight! We used 50, 65 and 80 lb outfits on this trip. You need every bit of that to stop the big ones.

Awesome fish! I remember the first big Goldie I caught on some reef a few hours out from Darwin harbour, I called it a shark the way it was making me work. The locals were quick to suggest it was just another Goldie but geez they have some pull!!
