Hello friends!
Just a few pictures from here and there, to show that I haven't been off fishing.
Hopefully we can catch up and chat when I'm in town next week - or even better get out on the water.
Keep in touch! Send me a PM!
Looking forward to it,
Kasey

Yeah, that doggie was a huge
Yeah, that doggie was a huge amount of luck - its head was down the gob of a shark and I can't believe it didn't bite me off.
Just in Perth for the week - have a couple of weddings to attend, and I've been away from the Crays for too long. Might pop out on the sea for a jig here and there but the sharks don't sound like they've gone away. Glad to have done that during the glory days. You in town John?
You have a couple of pics of Peacock Bass, an Amazonian Red-Tail Catfish and two Giant Snakeheads there.
Very stretched arms indeed - was at Ashmore Reef last week in the Torres Strait and it was the most unbelievable fishing in my lifetime. I don't do many reports as other people better than me also do the write-ups, but you can have a look at a few here:

Adam, I've focused alot on QLD in the last three years, and will be glad to be back in the West for a while.
<That last trip out to Ashmore was quite landmark for me. It means I've fished every part of the coast off QLD almost continuously, from Stanage Bay/Shoalwater just north of Yeppoon - all the way north to the tip of Cape Yorke. That's past Elusive, Bugatti, the Whitsundays, Cairns, Ribbon, Jewell, Lizard Island, Princess Charlotte Bay, Claremont Isles, Lockheart River, Bligh Reef; and then out into the Torres Straight (from Thursday, Horn, York, Murray Island and the numerous other little landmarks there). Go round the tip into Aurukun, just south of Weipa, and I've fished in the Love and Archer rivers for Barra. Also fished all round New Caledonia in the North-West and South-West with some really wild camping trips, and this year started with the south of Japan around Okinawa, Amami, Tokara, Iwo Jima and not far from the disputed islands of Senkakku/Diaoyue. There's also a fair bit of freshwater chasing for Peacock Bass and Giant Snakehead throughout Malaysia and Thailand>
In other words, never quite gave up fishing! In fact, too much such that its been keeping me really tied up - which is brilliant
