gummy shark

have been getting stuck into some small gummy sharks of late, thought id share :) awesome eating too!
the bottom too were taken on a beach just south of rockingham, been trying to target some tailor (not having much luck) but picked the shovelnose and the gummy up instead

Did you eat the shovel nose ? Are they any good on the chew at that size ?

I'd take the shovelly that size over the gummy anytime. Biiig shoven nose are top eating once the get to that size or bigger.
Just follow the bloodline seams when filletting to get the best results
