hangover bay

Hey guys,
My family and i are heading up to hangover bay this Saturday. Have any of you fished there before ? If so what species should we target and where would be the best spots? We wont have a boat so it is worthwhile fishing from the shore ??

didnt get time to fish for too long only a 25cm herring
