Heading to dunsborough for a weekend fish, anyone know whats on the bite?
Hey guys, im takin advantage of this week's long weekend and decided to head down to Dunsborough with my boat, a couple mates and the esky full of grog.
I've done plenty land based fishing in my time in Dunsborough, but this will be the first time taking a boat, I was hoping anyone out there with offshore knowledge could help me out in finding some decent fish.
Any information will be greatly appreciated. I'm actually heading back out there for the Easter break, so this weekend is just to suss it out. I am familiar with the beach ramp in Quindalup and Also the ramp at Canal Rocks.
I have fished off these ramps and have seen many boats return with laods of fish, I wouldn't mind getting into some of that action!
Cheers in advance

Boat details
Cheers for the quick responses guys, I've got a 18.5" Ally with 75HP E-Tec, handles chop well, hopefully I won't need to head into choppy waters for a decent feed, but I will if I have to.
Harro: Cheers for the help, although I'm not familiar with where they are, but I do have a GPS navigation system, any chance you (or anyone else for this matter) can send me some co-ordinates for exact locations? Either PM me or share here with everyone else.
Any info will be greatly appreciated, Cheers all.

Mate just coz your spots got pilfered / shared with the lowrance mishap no need to bust my balls hehehe! If the weather forecast looks sweet next Thursday or Friday you should get the boys sorted at work & come down for a fish. Looking at checking some new ground off Gracetown, pity I couldn't get the exact co-ords but it will be an enjoyable search!

Could be worth a trip down to Gracetown
Check out our post tonight - happy to show you the ramp and the way out of the bay if you get there as we head out. Dhuies are in the same areas as they have been over the past few months but you just have to hit them in the right conditions. Tuna and spanish mackerel are happening in that area.
Cheers
