Hello, First post

Followed the forums for a while now and would like to say thanks for all the advice everybody posts on here, it has helped me tremendously.

Coming from the UK 15 months ago having been a very keen freshwater angler and never having done any sea fishing it was like starting all over again but after following all the advice on here I have now started getting some results.

Just dissapointed its so windy here alot of the time !!!!

Sundays looking good so will be heading out to try some more jigging/plastics and bottom bouncing. Where do you think will be better back of Rotto or Two rocks ? only been from Two rocks once and got lured out deep chasing massive Tuna shoals but on the way back couldnt belive how much good ground there was!!! unfortunatley the  weather was turning and had to get back in quick !!!

I will post some reports (if weather ok)

Welcome Batty, yep wind the wind can be heinous & we cop it bad in WA but I will take that over the constant drizzle and bone numbing cold of the UK anyday!

I haven't looked at metro forecast but my money would be on two rocks as more ground & I wouldn't fancy coming home from Rotto if it starts to blow its ring out

Welcome batty. I'm with Lamby on choice of location, with the way the weather is looking.

Two rocks would be my pick of spot's.

Hey Batty. Yeah the wind is a pain in the arse that's why we drink a hell of a lot of beer here lol. I've been fishing north of two rocks for about 8 years now and on a good day it can really turn it on. It's taken time to find the productive ground and I'm still learning as it's a bloody big ocean. As Paul G said whatch that reef even on a good day it can break unexpectedly.
