Help - need to access Navman 8120 antenna

Or anyone know who their service agent is here in WA .....................unit simply saying "NO GPS" and not recording ANY satellites
I get the impression it may be that my antenna is somehow damaged / faulty hence the request

Navman antennas
Found a new replacement in NZ - Absolute Marine who seem to have access to many of the hard to find replacements at a good price and service to match just in case anyone else has a problem with theirs

Yup sent Friday last week - received Monday !
But thanks heaps for asking - cannot believe they got it to me in such a short time packed in reams of bubble wrap for safety
