Seen heaps of people camped up there mate. Your not supose to but they dont police it.

there are always people camping there jus make sure you take all your rubish with you before you leave i no there is a ranger in town but the likelyhood of him popping up isnt that great but u never no

Not worth the hassle this time of year, the river will be shut down (not flowing) better off going to Sandy Cape and camping there, better chance of a decent fish, the Hill is only "on" when it first breaks open

Hey Fathom - Where is Sandy Cape ? The river is firing acording totonyb .. recons the Tailor were on last week - he left em biting he said. 40+ fish landed ???

Sandy is half way between Jurien and Green Head, have a look on google Earth.

Heaps of Tailor here at the moment to 50cm off Island point in Jurien, no need to fish at the river cause you will find fish at the end of the gravel road heading to it. Watch out for chris the ranger (top bloke) if camping illegaly and leave only footprints.

I am very big on keeping our beaches and camp sites clean. There is nothing that upsets me more when I see rubbish left behind on the beach.

Heading up there this weekend.. I'll let you guys know how we go .. havent decided if we are going to Jurien or going to try Sandy Cape... I never been there before and I dont excalty know the spot.. I checked google Earth Fathom and there are a few spots that look likely.
