Hillarys crays

Hi guys
currently back in Perth for a weeks holiday and been doing a bit of diving on some spots we used to dive out of Hillarys. Diving depts between 8 and 14 metres and finding heaps of crays!! but very few that are size and the ones that are are only just. Just wondering are others finding the same thing or are we just diving the wrong places.

Much better up north
Found the same thing of hillary's. Plenty of small crays, and most of the big ones are pretty well tucked away.
We have been donig fairly well off Mindarie though with the odd Jumbo and plenty of 10mm over.

Yea the only big ones we've seen have had tar spots or eggs out of hillarys. Got some nice jumbos over at rotto last week but just enjoying some close diving this week. Heading out tomorrow so might have to try some new spots further up the coast by the sound of it. Hopefully find some better size ones
