I used to crayfish out of there years ago, but as with the Gero region probably good to wait until around April May I guess when the Sou westerly eases off . Good Luck
cheers nev, was thinking of going up there around that time of year and if you reckon that its the time of year the sw'ers calms down a little might be the go.
