what i did danno was in the comment box there is a little pic of a tree, click that then there is a little icon next to image url, click that then on the new window that pops up click browse, find the picture you want then press upload, once it has uploaded you will click 'add' on the top right hand corner, then go back to the little box and press 'insert'
I'm in the same boat as you Brenz, gone back over the instructions till I went cross eyed about a dozen times and still couldn't see the trees for the forest or the smileys grinning at me.
