ID please

I was just looking at some old photo's.... not sure what this one is? I looked through the fish ID guide... looks like a cross between a bullseye and a baby buffalo bream....

I think it was caught on the outside of ocean-reef marina rockwall.

Any ideas?

I think the scientific name is littleus tackerus. Close relative to my avatar picture tinyus bastardus
