Quite disheartning to read this morning , with all the robberies reported on here, and some assaults
of innocent fishermen , let alone this low lifes actions and long long list of offences , it does make you wonder what it takes to lock someone up , and for the future of our state.
If you were a arresting officer , you would be fuming.
We are getting the society we deserve if good people dont stand up and make there voice heard on crime , and how
its delt with in this state.

The story I heard was the toddler actually crawled under the car while it was parked. The offender stopped and assisted but left the scene when confronted by angry neighbours. Not sticking up for this scumbag but you could imagine what type of people the parents are too

he was pinged for 6 burglary charges, stealing a car , breaching bail , driving without a licence, and failing to report
a accident occasioning death, and still got a suspended sentance?
Thats totally putting the tragic death aside, now to my mind thats got to be worth time.
Maybe i am out of touch , but I thought even just a car theft alone , you would be gone , but obviously not!
just looked it up , theres no minimum penalty , only a max as follows.
Stealing a motor vehicle Unlawfully using a vehicle without the consent of the owner or the person in charge of that motor vehicle. Penalties include imprisonment for up to 14 years.
And this is for burglary , notice it also covers tents , a bit strange?
Burglary To enter or attempt to enter any building, structure, tent or caravan that is normally inhabited, without consent and in order to commit a crime such as stealing. Offenders can be jailed for up to 20 years and can receive an automatic penalty (without a trial) of up to 3 years’ jail-time and a $36,000 fine.
That auto penalty would be for 1 offence I imagine , he did 6.

You know the story , the bleeding hearts - the "he's hard a hard life" scenario and all the other BS that comes with it. The days of the court system reflecting the values of the community are long gone - and the result.... always someone else's fault - one is not often held to account for one's actions it would appear.

And that fuckstick that went on a rampage last weekend stabbing that poor old fella in his car then wandering up the road and beating the crap out of that tradie. I just hope beyond hope the guys that caught that piece of shit gave him a few before the cops arrived.
