Jigging charters

I wonder how much the charters are going to cost with these high fuel prices ???

Last summer I paid $150.

$200 +

We were talking about this the other night. For standard charters it will have to be $200 + easily soon, almost priced out of the market. But then again, costs a shipload just going boat fishing these days as well. Aqualib or the more known charters must be over the $200 already you would think.

As for jigging charters, guess they will do a bluejuice and increase passengers to a ridiculous amount or just price hike as well. It will be an interesting development.

charters

I am sure there are a few guys that wouldnt mind taking a few people out every now a again. Have your own gear and throw in for fuel and its a cheap day on the water.

Not that its not worth the charter but i cant understand how they can be charging so much. Work it out at $200 per person for the day and put 12 people on the boat. Thats $2400 a day say 4 days a week when the seasons good and thats not a bad week. I have seen a charter boat out fishing and counted nearly 20 people all fishing next to each other. Not a very nice day out fighting fish and tangles all day.

Anyway cant wait for the season to start.
