That will do the job but its bulky and its designed more for short strokers than jig rods. Best to go for wait high jobs and light and compact.

We stock the Jigging Master range which are very light and compact but does the job where necessary.

Dual gimbal with harness belt and clips

Compact pin gimbal with belt.

This one is also available with a cup rather than the pin for rod with no gimbal.

Think it really depends how up market you want to go, there are heaps of cheaper plastic ones that do the job well enough, especially it you are only chasing sambos.

I've got a hots & sevenseas belt. But most times when sambo jigging, I just use the $10 surecatch belt. Quick & easy, small & light weight.

No need to spend big bucks on the sambos IMO

Just watching them roll WC at the moment, always good when you live in the west. Cool
