Anyone in town or just returned who can let me know how the Murchison's flood waters are affecting the Mackerel and yft fishing?

Hey Jim. Surface in dirty
Hey Jim. Surface in dirty under is clean. Nth about 2mile cleans up. Mackie's are around. Got into em this morning on a solo mission in the tinny. 12.5-13.5fthm and look for birds. A half mile south of sandpatch they were schooling up but by myself double hookups doesn't end well. Sharks were not there prob waiting for Ralph to get back up there he he!!
Out 5mile west in clean water nw in 40-50m blue water with yft Mac tuna and macks around. Hunt around lures according to bait depth or mark the macks on sounder. Xrap 30 & 40ft divers in brown trout and white doing damage.
South 7mile 12-14fthm heading south from there watch for birds busting up bait and bait will hide in shadow line of cliffs.

I've been looking at the Emu Springs river height datums. it has dropped nearly 800mm in 2 days. here's hoping it keeps dropping quick and the fish stay around. just check my tackle box for some deep divers
